Instructions for Windows PC Users

The downloaded mp4 file for playing videos can be quite large (4 to 6 Gigabytes), so we advise downloading to a device, such as a desktop or laptop that has enough storage capacity to store the file. You can then share from your main device to a smartphone or tablet.

Do not try to download the link directly onto an iPhone or iPad as it will only be streamed and not saved!

Make sure you have a reliable broadband connection with adequate bandwidth to download the large mp4 video file. Expect the download to take from 5 to 10 minutes for fast broadband (100MBit/s) to more than an hour for a slower service (1 hour approximately with a 8MBit/s service).

There are two main ways to start the download of your purchase.

From the order confirmation email you received you can click the download link provided under the product names for the videos you have purchased. If you can’t locate this email in your inbox you may need to check your spam/junk folder
