Terms and Conditions for class reservation

Reservation information

Full payment of €130 for one-day class reserves your booking.

Deposit of €120 will reserve your space at the masterclass. 

For a masterclass, 6 weeks prior to the class, you will be charged the remaining balance due. For all classes we will send you an email containing practical information for planning your trip, including accommodation near us and  things to do during your visit to the SE of Ireland.

Withdrawal from Class

There will be no refund if a participant withdraws from the class 6 weeks or less prior to the class,  unless the vacancy is filled by another participant. There is a cancellation fee of €40 per day (3 x 40 for a masterclass).

In the event of cancellation:

The class deposit is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel workshops up to 4 weeks prior to the class date. Full tuition and deposit will be refunded for a cancelled workshop. Please do not make airline reservations prior to this time as we do not reimburse for any travel expenses incurred.
